Description
Something I started sketching the concept of in art history (yes, that would be why she’s a bit archaic looking in style). This actually happened about 3 weeks ago now, and I was really quite happy with it for a little sketch. I just totally forgot about it til now.
Originally she was going to have clothing, but she just seemed right without clothes, so I added some jewelry on her wrists, feet, and a large ass pendant on her necklace. In the original sketch, her headdress had feathers coming down to form a full, flowing mane, but I thought it looked better without it.
Also in the original, she was holding hands with a young child, a son, her prince. he has long braided hair, also naked, and a crown or headdress (whichever word you prefer) based more off of a hawk, or eagle. I turned out to be more interested in the woman, however. If you convince me, I might just sketch the boy, too...
Actually, while you're at it, convince me to actually draw the throne some time, too.

Woah naked lady. Wasn't expecting that, awkward because I'm in class and have a huge screen that people behind me can see ahahaha
Anyways this is great, I really like the concept and the way she is extravagantly adorned with accessories but has a lack of clothing. I really does remind me of the Mayans (ahaha there's an exhibit about them where I work and so everything is reminding me about them these days)
Not to mention that the anatomy and shading are wonderfully done here
By the way, I think it would be quite interesting to see the boy and the throne, yes, indeed I think you should finish drawing the throne.... Yes, this is me convincing you.
